‘Dasavarenya Sri Vijayadasaru’ is a film about one of the important figures in Bhakti Pantha. Expected to be released on April 12th, it has been directed by Madhusoodhan Havaldar.

Trivikrama Joshi, the producer of this film and a well-known industrialist, has completed his hat-trick with this production. Trivikrama Joshi had portrayed the role of Sri Vijayadasaru in his previous films ‘Sri Jagannatha Dasaru Part I’ and ‘Sri Prasanna Venkatadasaru’. Now he presents a total portrayal of this great saint of Dasa Parampare.

Three songs were screened at Sri Renukamba Digital Theater where the team announced that ‘Dasavarenya Sri Vijaya Dasaru’ would release on April 12th. Union Minister Prahallad Joshi had previously released Five Songs from this devotional movie.

Trivikrama Joshi plays the role of an industrialist who turned mechanical engineer with close contacts to BJP national leaders. Reflecting his contagious enthusiasm for portrayal of ‘Dasavarenya Sri Vijayadasaru’, Trivikrama believes that his character comes alive through these songs itself.

Talking about success behind Sri Jagannathdasru’s film, Joshi expressed optimism towards its next release while urging support from audience who have already started booking tickets abroad too!

SPJ Movies will bring another Kannada devotional movie “Shri Jagannath Dasaru” after successful movies like “Sri Prasanna Venkatadasa”. This time they are releasing “Dasavarenya Sri Vijayadasa” which is based on life story of vijaydas another famous Haridasa from Karnataka state on 12th April

Director Madhusudhan Havaldar highlights bhakti movement throughout ‘Dasavarenya’ – a movie that aims at inspiring people towards good deeds. Sri Jagannatha Dasaru Part II will hit screens in November among other quality movies lined up for release.

Trivikrama Joshi points out the fact that there is very little representation of Dasa Parampare’ in Kannada film history while playing the role of Sri Vijaya Dasaru himself. Raichur district alone has produced over sixty Hari Dasa saints who have made significant contributions to this field.

Actress Srilata plays Aralamma, wife of Vijayadasa while Prabhanjan Deshpande, Basavan Gowda (ex MLA) and Vijayananda Naik are part of ensemble cast. Music for ‘Dasavarenya’ is composed by Vijay Krishna with JM Prahlad penning screenplay and dialogues.
